East Brunswick Jewish Center honored Lory and Arnie (z’l) Pelofsky and Dov and Barbara Pollak for their combined ninety five years of service to EBJC. Thinking “outside the box,” it was held at Eagles Landing Day Camp so that families could attend.
The weather was glorious and 165 men, women and children came to enjoy the delicious food from Lox Stock and Deli, the pool, the splash pads, the go-carts, the ga-ga courts and so many of the amenities that Eagle’s Landing had to offer. The event was hugely successful and the only negative comment was…WE WANT TO STAY LONGER! Now how often are those words spoken at a gala?
