There’s a NEW PJ Library Hub in Monmouth County! We would officially like to congratulate Marlboro Jewish Center (MJC) and welcome them to the family! What is a PJ Library Hub?
A hub serves as a local go-to place in the community for Jewish children and families to feel welcome, comfortable, and connect with others. Hubs create high quality, inclusive, low barrier programs and Jewish experiences to families living in that area.
When an organization becomes a hub, it’s a very big and important decision. A lot of time and effort goes into planning and executing amazing programming. While Marlboro Jewish Center did collaborate with local ambassadors to host various PJ Library programs in the past, becoming an official hub will bring future programs to the next level!
So, how did MJC come to this important decision?
When asked, Preschool Director, Rita Rashotsky said: “MJC decided to partner with PJ Library and become a hub because we believe it is so important to collaborate with community leaders to bring meaningful Jewish experiences to the community. Providing a safe space where our children can have fun and make friends is a privilege we do not take lightly and are so excited to continue our relationship with PJ Library.
MJC Preschool has been providing a joyful first school experience to our community since 1988. Loving and caring educators implement a creative and stimulating curriculum that supports the children as they develop a love of learning, self-esteem, and confidence to be their best selves.”
