The Metro Jersey Section of the National Council of Jewish Women, celebrated its 50th year anniversary on April 10, 2024, with a Champaign toast and hors d’oeuvres at Casa Giuseppe Italian Restaurant in Iselin, NJ. Proclamations were presented and read by Mayor John McCormac of Woodbridge and Council Vice President of Edison, Margot Harris.
A video presentation of past presidents who could not attend reminded us of the many events that have occurred over the years. A list of our projects and events that focused on how NCJW met the needs of women, children and families was highlighted.
