For decades, the Brotherhood of Temple Shalom have hosted its annual ‘all you can eat’ matzo brei buffet for Passover. It is always open to matzo brei lovers of all ages and the many chefs get out their spatulas to cook 5 different varieties of everyone’s favorite Passover breakfast, including regular, salami, vegetable, lox & onions, and chocolate chip. According to the “Monmouth Matzo Maven,” this event, now in its 47th consecutive year, is the county’s top brei buffet.
