September was full of fun events including a “ Selichot Service & Pizza Dinner.” The event with Rabbi Polin and Chazan Avi Wisnia included a September 11th Memorial Service and kick-off of the High Holidays.
Next up was “Shabbat Under the Stars & Dinner,” which included a lively service in the great outdoors followed by a dinner of bagels, lox and sides. Afterwards, members of all ages were invited to join Rabbi Polin and his son to a campout on their lawn. Participants enjoyed an evening campfire and sleep out under the stars.
